How to place an order?
Select a product from any of the categories listed on website. Click on ‘Buy Now’ or “Add to Cart”. Select any add-ons if you like and proceed towards checkout. Fill up the details here and just complete your payment.

I don’t want to disclose my name as sender.
Perfect. We understand this. You can give as your specific query to “Any Instructions” option at checkout page in sender section.

How can I be assured about the quality of the product?
We are known for our reliability. We love our customers and we need them with us always. Our team works really hard to deliver an experience to welcome you back.

Will you deliver on-time?
We know how important it is for you to make sure that your gift arrives on time. All the efforts are made to deliver an order within specific time-range if it is a Fixed time delivery or Morning delivery order. Unfortunately we don’t take specific requests for timing in standard free delivery option.

Can I customize an order?
We know you want to make it special. And to help you personalize your gift, we have all the options available. Just call up our customer service and brief your requirement.

I am looking for something specific but I can’t find it on website.
Uh! Okay, please, call our customer care (+91 99867 38257) and they will be more than happy to assist you.

I can’t see my city in the list. How can I check serviceability?
Only Delivered in Greater Bengaluru Area.

I am unable to see today’s delivery date for a particular product.
We accept same day delivery until 1 pm for Flowers and Cakes on specific request. Gift products are usually shipped from our shop and require transit time of 12 to 24 hrs.

Some special cakes and flower arrangements which require preparation time may also not show under ‘same day delivery’ date.

Do you deliver at midnight?
No.

Do you deliver at specific time?
Yes we do. Charges for the same are Rs.200 only. You select the “Fixed Time Delivery” option in checkout page.

What are the delivery charges?
For Standard Delivery ( 8AM-9PM ) It’s FREE.

What are the payment options available?
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI & other payment options in Razorpay

I was placing an order but the page failed to load it.
It may happen due to connectivity issues. Don’t panic! Just email us and we will set things right. Our email id is customer.care@freshknots.in.

I want to modify the address, modify the date or time, how can I do that?
We will be happy to do so if your order is not already processed. Please, email or call us the correct address with your order number.

Can I change the product after I have placed the order?
We will be happy to do so if your order is not already processed. Please, email or call us the correct address with your order number.

I placed the order but haven’t received any confirmation.
Usually payment confirmation emails are sent minutes after a successful transaction. If you haven’t received it, please login to your account and check order status. If it is in process it means that you can sit back and relax. In case you cannot see your order there, please, email or call us.

How can I track an order?
Just login to your account and you can see, manage and/or track your orders.

My order hasn’t reached, what to do?
Our Standard Delivery Timings are 8 am to 9 pm. If your delivery has been delayed beyond 9 pm (or has crossed fixed time), please email or call us and we will look into it at priority.

I have received delivery notification but my order hasn’t been delivered.
It could be a technical glitch, we apologize. Please, email us with your order number and we will have it sorted.

What if the recipient is not at location?
In case of office, we may deliver at reception. We will however call the recipient and co-ordinate for best action to be taken.

How can I cancel my order?
Order can be cancelled by writing a simple email to us. Once it is in middle of Processing Stage, please call us.

Can I postpone the delivery date of my order?
If the order has not been processed, yes. Just email us your order number.

If I cancel the order, will I be eligible for a refund?
If your order is cancelled properly, yes, you will be eligible for a complete refund.

When can I expect a refund?
A refund typically takes 2-4 working days to show up in your account. This is however, managed by your bank and may take longer in some cases.

Where can I see status of my refund?
Just login to your account and you can see, manage and/or track your order

I want to modify my details in account, How to do that?
Just login to your account and go to ‘Manage Profile’.

I want to see my previous order details, how to see that?
Just login to your account and you can see, manage and/or track your orders.

I want to change the password, how to do that?
Just login to your account and you can modify your password.

I want to delete my account. How to do that?
That’s extremely rare. If you still want to, it will be heart-breaking for us. Just email us and we will get in touch with you.

I want to stop receiving emails from you, how to do that?
You can unsubscribe to our emails at any point of time.
